Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 9, 2026
Plurvex turns your video idea into ten ranked hooks. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what we need to run the service, we show no ads, and we never sell your personal data.
What we collect
- Account information. When you sign in with Google or an email magic link, our authentication provider (Supabase Auth) gives us your email address and basic account identifiers. We never see your Google password.
- Your inputs. The video idea you type and the niche you select are saved to your account.
- Generated content. The hooks and scores generated for you are also saved to your account.
- Usage data. A daily count of how many generations you run (used to enforce the limits of your plan) and your subscription tier.
How we use your data
- To generate hooks from your idea and show them to you.
- To enforce the daily generation limits of your plan.
- To keep your subscription status up to date when our payment provider notifies us of changes.
- To send you sign-in links and essential account emails.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell personal data to anyone.
Third parties we share data with
We rely on a small number of service providers to run Plurvex. Each receives only what it needs:
- Supabase provides authentication and our database. Your account details, inputs, generated hooks, and usage counts are stored there.
- OpenRouter and Google. To generate hooks, we send your typed idea and selected niche to OpenRouter, a third-party AI provider, which routes the request to Google's Gemini model. Your input text is processed by these providers to produce the hooks.
- Lemon Squeezy is our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Checkout and payment details are collected and processed entirely by Lemon Squeezy under its own privacy policy; Plurvex never receives or stores your card details. Lemon Squeezy tells us your subscription status and the email used at checkout so we can activate your plan.
- Vercel hosts the Plurvex application and, like any hosting provider, processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) to serve the site.
Cookies
Plurvex uses essential session cookies only, set by our authentication provider (Supabase Auth) to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Data retention
We keep your account data, inputs, and generated hooks for as long as your account is active. If you want your data removed, email us at tanjisimo21@gmail.com and we will delete your data from our systems.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing tanjisimo21@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local data protection law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. We will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
