These terms govern your use of Plurvex. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.

The service

Plurvex generates ten opening hooks for short-form videos from the idea and niche you provide, each ranked with a score, using artificial intelligence. Daily generation limits depend on your plan.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country if that is higher, to use Plurvex.

Accounts

You sign in with Google or an email magic link. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping access to your email account secure, since anyone with access to your email can sign in as you.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service for any unlawful purpose;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure;
• circumvent daily generation limits, plan restrictions, or access controls;
• resell the service or provide automated access to it without our permission.

AI-generated content

Hooks are produced by an AI model operated by third-party providers. The score shown next to each hook is a model estimate of the hook's strength. It is not a measurement or prediction of real-world performance, and Plurvex makes no guarantee of views, engagement, follower growth, or virality. AI output can be inaccurate or similar to output generated for other users, so review it before you use it. We claim no ownership over the ideas you submit or the hooks generated for you; how you use them in your content is your responsibility.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans are sold through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles checkout, billing, taxes, and payment data under its own terms and privacy policy; Plurvex never receives or stores your card details. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. For refund requests or help managing your subscription, email tanjisimo21@gmail.com and we will handle it with Lemon Squeezy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can stop using Plurvex at any time and may request deletion of your account and data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Plurvex is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plurvex will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. To the same extent, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. Continuing to use Plurvex after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
